Kundalini is the energy stored in the first energy center (chakra) which is located at the base of the spine. This energy center is known in the east as the base chakra. Through spiritual practice and meditation the masters of the east would learn to activate their Kundalini energy and live in high states. Now with the aid of this guided meditation your kundalini can become active. Focus is given to each chakra in the body along with the feeling of good emotions in the focus area. The whole body is swept, from the base chakra up to the crown chakra, filling the area with good vibes.
